Procedures
1. Visit the site Executive Management Office at the Ma'an Development Area or the Operations Executive Management at the company's headquarters in Amman to submit a purchase request, supported by the following documents: (a recent commercial registration, an executive summary of the intended investment, and a copy of the civil ID for the company's authorized signatory for Jordanians or a passport copy for non-Jordanians).
2. The company reviews the application from all aspects and responds to the investor within two working days.
3. The company addresses the Ministry of Investment to obtain environmental approval, and the investor must submit a request through the Ministry's electronic platform.
4. After obtaining environmental approval, a sales contract is prepared and signed by both parties according to the approved prices and payment terms.
5. Ownership is transferred after 50% of the investment has been realized and full payment of the contract amount has been made.
Procedures
1. Contact the company to obtain its approval for issuing an occupancy permit.
2. Submit a request for an occupancy permit via the Ministry of Investment’s electronic portal, supported by the company's written approval, a land plan, title deed, and zoning plan.
3. The industrial park attaches a compliance report to the request.
4. The company sends a letter of approval for the occupancy permit to the Ministry of Investment to support the investor's request.
5. Receive the occupancy permit from the Ministry of Investment.
Procedures
1. Fill out the electricity service subscription form available at the Investor Services Office at the Industrial Park in the Ma'an Development Area.
2. The company /Industrial Park Management sends a letter to the relevant electricity company specifying the required electrical load, attaching the subscription form.
3. The electricity company conducts the necessary study, determines the required fees for electricity connection, and informs the company.
4. The company/Industrial Park Management informs the investor about the applicable fees.
5. Execution of the electrical connection to the investor’s project.
Procedures

Procedures

2. Log in to the Ministry of Investment's electronic platform and submit the application supported by the following documents:
- A recent certificate showing the registered capital.
- A valid occupancy permit.
- An annual membership certificate from the Chamber of Industry.
- An information survey form.
3. The application is referred to the concerned departments to verify the investor’s fulfillment of financial obligations and technical requirements.
4. The Ministry of Investment calculates the license fees.
5. After the investor pays the fees and settles other obligations towards the company, the license is issued.
Procedures
1. Fill out the telecommunications service subscription form available at the Investor Services Office in the Industrial Park, indicating the required number of phone and fax lines.
2. The company /Industrial Park Management addresses the Jordanian Telecommunications Company with the attached subscription form and specifies the number of lines required.
3. Pay the subscription fees to the Jordanian Telecommunications Company.
4. The requested telecommunication lines are installed within 48 hours after fee payment.
Procedures
1. Fill out the water service subscription form available at the Investor Services Office in the Industrial Park.
2. A maintenance technician from the Industrial Park installs the water meter free of charge.
3. Water is connected to the investor's project within 24 hours after fee payment and water meter installation.
Procedures
1. Fill out the Ministry of Investment’s forms and submit all required documents.
2. Request a zoning site plan for the land intended for construction.
3. The investor must contract an engineering office to prepare the necessary plans and designs, and have them certified by:
- The engineering office that prepared the plans.
- The Engineers Association.
- The Civil Defense Directorate to ensure public safety measures.
4. Provide the company with five copies of the plans attached to the license request form and the zoning site plan as mentioned.
5. The company sends a cover letter with the attached plans to the Ministry of Investment.
6. A construction permit is issued by the Ministry of Investment.
Procedures
The investor can receive the keys to the building once the contracts have been signed and the dues paid, based on a handover and receipt report.
