The industrial Park is the main axis of the Ma’an development area, as it extends over an area of ​​2.5 square kilometers, of which 750,000 square meters have been fully developed and equipped with the complete infrastructure necessary to receive investments.

The industrial Park is located 10 km southeast of the city of Ma'an. It is equipped to provide the requirements for the establishment and operation of light, medium and heavy industries. The residential community is one of the main axes in the Ma'an development area, as this community, which will cover an area of ​​1 square kilometer, works to provide all the necessary facilities and services to make the area an ideal place to live, whether from the viewpoint of its residents or visitors.

The residential community includes villas, semi-villas, various apartments, and student residences, so that this community can accommodate approximately 15,000 people.

Hajj Oasis

The Ma'an development area includes within it the pilgrims' oasis, which extends over an area of ​​200,000 square meters and provides various services to pilgrims, Umrah performers and travelers.

The oasis reinforces the true Islamic identity of the city of Ma'an and its historical location as an essential passage for pilgrims traveling by land to perform the rituals of Hajj or Umrah, and those coming from Syria, Palestine, Lebanon, Egypt, Turkey and neighboring countries.

The oasis includes many facilities for visitors, including: accommodations such as hotels and tents, parking lots, a large mosque, restaurants, shops specialized in Hajj and Umrah supplies, and many other necessary services that are specially designed to give visitors a unique spiritual experience and distinguished services.

Solar Park

The first solar complex covers an area of ​​5 square kilometers, which has been fully leased to 9 developers, in order to generate 160 megawatts of electric power, using photovoltaic technology, with an investment of $400 million.
