MAAN Within the framework of the responsibility of the Ma’an Development Company, the main developer of the Ma’an development area, the company, along with a number of solar energy companies operating in the first solar complex, donated two artificial respirators at a value of $70,000 to Ma’an Governmental Hospital.
The CEO of the Ma’an Development Company, Ayman Fayez Al-Sharari, said that in response to the humanitarian side and what the country is going through from the Corona pandemic and the urgent need for hospitals to provide them with advanced medical devices, the Ma’an Development Company and the solar energy companies operating in the first solar complex, one of the axes of the Ma’an development region, donated two artificial respirators at a value of (70 ) Seventy thousand dollars for Ma’an Governmental Hospital, due to the increase in cases of people infected with Corona virus.
Al-Sharari stated that the Ma’an Development Company will exert all its efforts to achieve the vision of His Majesty the Great King in building a true partnership with the local community, assisting it and harnessing all capabilities to serve it, stressing the company’s support for all governmental efforts, especially the health sector, in order to combat the spread of the Corona virus “Covid 19” and limit its negative effects.
Al-Sharari added that this “development of Ma’an” step embodies its national duty and social responsibility that cannot be abandoned, especially in times of crisis, expressing the company’s appreciation for the noble roles played by all national institutions to protect our dear homeland in these exceptional circumstances.
For his part, Director of Ma'an Governmental Hospital, Dr. Walid Al-Rawad, said that the ventilators will contribute to supporting the health sector and treating many patients in intensive care units who are in dire need of them, in addition to strengthening the capabilities of the staff working in Ma'an Governmental Hospital in fighting the virus.
