Residential Community

The residential community is one of the main axes in the Ma'an development area, as this community, which will cover an area of ​​1 square kilometer, works to provide all the necessary facilities and services to make the area an ideal place to live, whether from the viewpoint of its residents or visitors.

The residential community includes villas, semi-villas, various apartments, and student residences, so that this community can accommodate approximately 15,000 people.
